Widening opportunity for West Midland Museums

Wave-length has been awarded a contract to provide a series of access audits across multiple Accredited museums and those working towards Accreditation within the West Midlands.

The Access Audits are part of the West Midlands Museum Development Programme managed by Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust with funding from Arts Council England. The programme is part of a national scheme to develop, support and enhance the museum sector within the region.

Ann Johnson MD of Wave-length said ‘this is a great opportunity not just to review, share and recommend change to further improve access to museums in the region but to demonstrate the value, worth and benefit of reaching wider audiences by doing so, we are really looking forward to working with the programme team and the museum staff involved to deliver this exciting programme’.
